I have a computer administrator established, which is my
main computer identity. I try to create another user
like a guest user, and when I log onto the Guest user,
and attempt to do anything (such as click on My
Documents) I get a Runtime Error that says that something
is wrong with the C:/WINNT/system32 or
C:/WINNT/explorer.exe or many other WINNY files...how do
I fix this problem?

I don't think you can create a second guest user. if you go to Control
Panel-Users you will see there is a built-in guest user which is
disabled by default. Create a Limited User and use that.

BTW, you are NOT using the built-in Administrator account for day to day
use, are you? that is a VERY dodgy practice. The Administrator account
is there for emergencies and other maintenance tasks.
