Multiple Users

I need to set up 2 user profiles, 1 for work, 1 for home.
Each would have different default printers and wireless
networking. I am new to XP Professional and really could
use some help.

It's not USER profiles you want - it's HARDWARE profiles.

Right-click on My Computer, go to Properties, and select Hardware. Click
the Hardware Profiles button in the bottom right-hand corner.

You can then set up a different hardware configuration for each
location.
