Multiple Users

I have 3 users, 2 with laptops. Can I set up a database where all 3 users can work indpendently (as when traveling) and then return to the office and merge new fields or update existing fields

The tool for this is "Replication". It's a lot trickier than it really
ought to be, but it's doable. Get Michka's excellent Replication FAQ
from http://www.trigeminal.com and follow the instructions carefully.
