Installed XP/Home Edition. Set up Admin with 4 users who
are kids. Wanted to limit use by age and ISP
has 'Parental Control' capabilities. But when try to get
onto ISP home site, Warning comes from ISP software that
user does not have access. Looked at Desktop and items
not the same as Admin. Contacted ISP & they said that
ID's not set up correctly & user has no access to their
installed software. How to Fix?

You have to install the software into a directory that
the user has privileges to, such as Shared Documents.

Go to c:\Documents and settings\Administrator\Desktop
In this folder are all the desktop items specific to the administrator
account. Move (don't copy or you will get duplicate items on the
administrator desktop) anything you want everyone to have access to into the
folder C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Desktop.
This should also take care of your security issues. Last thing to do is go
to Control Panel -> Network connections, right click the ISP connection and
select properties. Make sure the connection is enabled for all users and not
just administrator.
