Helping a family setting up outlook as their default e-
mail program. Each member of the family has their own e-
mail address and wondering how the can set up outlook so
each member will only see and organize their own e-mails.
Is there a way to have a dialog box appear requesting user
name and password to select the appropriate .pst file?
Thanks

What version of Outlook are they using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail support
mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About Microsoft
Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
(Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate modes.)

Also, what version of Windows are they running on?

You missed one piece of information :-) I need to know what mail support
mode you are using in Outlook 2000. Go to Help | About Microsoft Outlook
and look at the second line of text -- it should say either "Internet Mail
Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
