I am currently using VNC to remote to my desktops, and
want to migrated to RDC. I have configured Remote
Desktop, and have no problem connecting. However, I would
like to connect as an Administrator, while leaving the
current user connected. First, is this possible, and if
so, how do I configure this.

Thanks, Cliff

As far as I know - it is NOT possible.

You can have them ask for Remote assistance.
You can set it up (in a Domain environment) where you can ask THEM if they
want remote assistance.
Or you can remote into the machine and log in as yourself/admin - logging
them out.

You could do RUN AS as them, if they are not admins - using the remote
assistance..

Perhaps there is a way - but I have not come across it.

Shenan Stanley has given the options.

This isn't possible with Remote Desktop.

It IS possible with the Remote Assistance feature, and, in a domain, the
Offer Remote Assistance feature makes it possible to do this without the
request from the end user.

Cliff,

If your desktops are running XP Pro, you cannot do this. Multiple sessions
is only available in the full Terminal Server running on a server version of
Windows.
