Is this possible? We have a general info email address and inbox that fields all questions from our customers. What we're trying to do is find a way that we can be on different computers, but all access the same inbox, with the functionality that if one person (on a different computer) answers an email and deletes it, if I am in the inbox at the same time, it will disappear from the inbox, so we don't duplicate any responses or anything. Anybody???

Are you using Exchange?

Then this should be easy :-)

Create an extra mailbox and set the permissions so the whole group can
access it. Then connect to the mailbox by Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> Next->
doubleclick Exchange Server-> button More Settings-> tab Advanced-> button
Add

Since the mailbox connection is a direct connection to the Exchange database
you're all looking at the same messages so deletion is instant to all other
clients.
