I need to be able to switch back and forth between "sending" email accounts.
The reason for this is that through the day one of my employees sends
personal mail that she wants to show coming from her personal address, and
also sends business mail that I want to show coming from our business email.
I know in Outlook express you can change that on the actual sned dialog box,
but in Outlook (2003) the only way I know to do it is to go to tools>Email
Accounts>Veiw or Change existing Email accounts , and change the order.
Thats a lot of trouble to go through each time she wants to change who her
emails show coming from. Is there an easier way?

when you add multiple accounts to outlook, beside the send button you should
get an accounts button with a little pull down. it will select the default
unless you pulldown and change it.
