I am using Windows XP and have installed outlook 2003. I
have 4 user accounts set up in XP and I want al of them
to be able to access Outlook using the same settings and
accessing the same inbox, contacts, and mail settings.
Can this be done? If so, how? Any help is always
appreciated.

To use a common inbox and list of contacts:

1. Log in with each username in turn and run Outlook, to create its default
PST file.
2. Decide which user's PST file to share and move OUTLOOK.PST from this
folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
to this (or a subfolder of it):
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents
3. Delete (or rename) all the other OUTLOOK.PST files.
4. Log in with each username in turn, run Outlook, and inform it where
OUTLOOK.PST has been moved to.

As far as I know, you'll need to set up the email accounts manually for each
user, because Outlook doesn't have a method to export them, and the
information is buried deep in the registry.

Scrappy, isn't it?
