How someone can help, when I invite a few colleauges to a
meeting various others get invited hence they are privey
to the meeting when they should not be invited. Using
Outlook 2002/ exch2k.

Many thanks in advance.

This usually happens when the intended recipients
have "delegates" in their own Outlook calendars.

The delegates receive the meeting also.

Another possible problem would be if one or
more of the intended recipients forward your
meeting to someone else. These appear as
invitations from you, even though you did not
send them yourself.

what happens if the extra attendees are folks already in
the list?

i have a user that created a mtg request (on her boss'
calendar) which included a DL. when it resolved, it added
three of the same recipients in the list of attendees
again.

and she, herself, is listed twice.

ideas?
