multiple training on terminal servers

is there a method or program utilities that will permit
multple connections to a terminal server and have one
person (the administrator) train all connections at the
same time using the same connection.

that is only available on Citrix....something I thought was a great idea for
training but not many people used. I guess they don't see the big picture.
