Multiple Tasks folders in Outlook 2003 (Exchange Server 2003)

I have two folders under "My Tasks" in Outlook 2003 connected to
Exchange Server 2003. I have shared both folders with other users but
the assignees can only view one-- the default folder. How can other
users (that have been assigned owner permisson) view the other folder.
The second folder was created to seperate different category of tasks.

Hi there

You can only open the default folder for a particular item type (Tasks,
Contacts, Calendar, etc) through the Open Other User's Folder option.

To get access to other folders on another user's mailbox, you need to add
that as a secondary mailbox in your profile. (See "Add another person's
mailbox to your account" in Online help for details.)

There are two other solutions you could use instead though - have you
thought about using different categories for the two types of task and
setting up filtered views based on category? Either that or would your mail
administrators allow you to use a Public Folder?

Hope this helps

Julia
