On the same line, I want to center some text and also right justify some
text. How do I do that?

In a blank document, change the style to header or footer.

Take a look at your ruler.
You do not want to be using this style in your document's body, but it shows
what it looks like when you are done. On the other hand, if you are in the
header or footer, you probably have just what you want.

You can click on the tab button on the left side of the ruler and cycle it
through types of tabs until you have a center tab or a right tab. Then click
on the ruler where you want the tab set.

or

Format > Tabs

Note that this is paragraph formatting and should be a part of your
paragraph style if you are going to be reusing this.

This works if the person wants a table. But if all that is wanted is center
and right-justification in the same line, that is what the tab stops are
for.
