I have 20 users that i schedule using Outlook Calendar 2003. I have
established permissions for others to view all 20. However, when I open more
than 5 calendars at one time, the screen is to full. I can click the radio
button to include or exclude the calendar but i was wondering if ach calendar
could be displayed with a tab so that I could clik the tab and display each
calendar individually without using the radio button to hide others.
Thank you for your help with this.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'tab' but the answer is probably going to be
No. You can right click and open in a new window, otherwise need to select
or deselect them in the list.

Outlook 2007 handles multiple calendars much better - it has tabs and you
can overlay the calendars.

There's another options you may like, Group Schedules. You can see more
Calendars at once that way - though not in the same type of View.

In Calendar, Click the View Group Schedules button in the toolbar (it's a
head overlayed on a Calendar directly to the left of the Today button) make
a new one with all 30 people in it and see if you like that. It's easy and
fast to open, can even be left open all day.
