Open you report in design view, click on menu VIEW - Sorting and Grouping.
Select you fields to sort on and order.

I did that but the option -Sorting and Grouping is not there.... I have:
Design View (selected); Form View; Data V.. etc Prop. Objet Dependencies;
Field List; Tab order; Code Ruler; GRid; Toolbox; Page Header; Form Header;
Task Pane; and Toolbars, but not Sorting and Grouping/
Is there any other option? I know I'm new with Access but It's very
frustrating becasue is very simple what I want to do but somehow I can't.
Thank you!!!

Check and see if there is a down arrorhead at the bottom of the view pane to
see more.

The Sorting and Grouping dialog exists in Access 2003 (as well as all
previous versions of Access)

However, if you're seeing Form View under the View menu, it sounds as though
you're talking about a form, not a report as you stated in the beginning.

Set the report's sort order in the Sorting and Grouping dialog, not in the
filter options.

Right mouseclick the little square at the upper left in design view, and
choose Sorting and Grouping; set as many sort terms as you wish.

We have all been talking about REPORTs --- not forms.

For a form do your sorting in a query.
