multiple slide master linked to one title master

Is it possible to have multiple slide master linked to one title master?
or there's only 1 slide master can be linked with the title master; we can
have additional slide masters, and just use that "Design" pane to apply to
specific slides... Thank you!

You could copy the slide/title master set and change the slide master --
that way the title masters would be identical.

But no, you can't have a stand-alone title slide, and you can't tie more
than one slide master to a title master.
