I have added a new Domain Controller to my Domain. Active
directory has shared all user info but I am unable to log
into the new server from another workstation except from
another server or as Administrator. Please help.

Can you confirm that the DCs are in sync? Try unjoining and rejoinging a
problem computer from the domain.

Check to see if CrashonAudit fail has occured on the
server in question.
In the registry check
HKLocalMachine|System|Current Control Set|Control|LSA

It should say Reg_Dword and have a value of 0 or 1. It
says Reg_None or has a value above 1 then delete the key
and recreate it with a Reg_Dword value of 0 or 1 and
reboot the server. Then you will be able to logon to the
server as user. This is assuming that this is the problem.
