How can I set up two diffent email addressess for two
different people that share the same computer. I dont'
want the other user to see the others inbox or able to
access any of the others info.

What version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail support
mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About Microsoft
Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
(Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate modes.)

Thank you for respinding so quickly. I have one computer
with 2002 and all of the others with 2000. I checked one
2000 and it says Internet mail only. Of course all of
them have Outlook Express 6.0, will that work?
I am willing to buy software or upgrade to get security
for multiple email users on one computer.
Thanks.

Separate identities can certainly be set up in Outlook Express, but I'm not
sure about security issues -- you'd have to ask in an Outlook Express group
to get better answers on that.

Outlook 2002 supports multiple profiles. However, you'd have to
password-protect the .PST files themselves to make sure they're
secure...otherwise, one user could open another user's .PST file from within
his/her profile.

Outlook 2000 only supports profiles in Corporate/Workgroup mode. In
Internet Mail Only mode, you'd need to have separate Windows profiles for
each user in order to separate the Outlook data. This might actually be the
best approach if you're using Windows 2000 or XP, since all the data in the
Windows profile would be inaccessible to the users of the other profiles, as
long as it's an NTFS drive and the other users don't have Administrator
access.
