My Outlook 2003 downloads 2-5 versions of the same email [from a yahoo
account] every time I go online through a DSL service. Although configured
to "not" leave a copy of the email of yahoo, it does leave it there until it
is finished with the last download. It does not do that for my msn.com
account or my verizon.net account.

Is there a fix for this?

If the send/receive cycle doesn't complete properly, the messages may not
get deleted from the server because it's one of the last things that happens
in the cycle. Enable diagnostic logging and see if there's anything
apparent there.
