Amy

I have 4 queries that I am needing to put in one report.
How can this be done? I am compairing a lot of data from
different months. Each column is a different month.

I put one month in the report and then have tried to add
each item individually for the next column, but it is
giving me an "Error" when I preview it.

Thanks,
Amy

Is there some way that you can create a query, and join
your 4 queries together? If not, you could create
subreports based on your queries, and pull them into 1
report.

Amy,
Have you tried starting a new query, with the four
existing queries providing the source data for the new
query (instead of adding tables to the query)? Your new
query would be the record source for the report.

No, I have to run the queriers seperately or they say
there are too many fields.

I think the subreport thing will work.

Yes, unfortunately, it tells me that there are too many
fields. I think my chice is really to creat a subreport.
