When I first looked at this post, I thought I was on the PowerPoint ng when
the post was about pictures on slides.
The easiest way would be to use a program that will enable putting more than
one picture on an image, like PowerPoint and then saving the "slide" to a
image file that can be imported into your slide show program.
You could even use MS Publisher or most photo editing programs.
