Multiple personal folders and archives / merging / cleaning dupes.

I've got many personal folders and archives that need to be joined into one.

During the course of multiple outlook upgrades, reinstalls, migrations and
use on a laptop and desktop. I have a number of Personal folders with
contacts and calendars that all contain different but important information.
I can't seem to figure out how to MERGE these folders and then parse the
resultant folder for duplicates. Any tips or tools on how to handle this?
