Multiple Outlook Windows are appearing.

I'm using Outlook 2007 on Vista 32 bit version. I've noticed some
weird thing recently. Even though there is already running Outlook
main window, another Outlook window are created when I double-clicked
Outlook launch icon. I don't think that such behavior occured in the
past.

Is this normal behavior?

Yep. /recycle added to the command line will make Outlook keep using the
same window.

It's actually been normal behaviour for a few versions now (as has the
command line option to keep it from happening).
