Using Access 2000

I'm building a form which has a number of fields which require the data
inputter to select one option from many, thats ok, but when I want them to
select a number of options from a group I get stuck. I thought a group option
control would suffice by alas not.

Also, I want them to see say 10 options, and then fill in how many times
that option has occurred? This needs to reoccur on every record without
having to reselect all 10 options. I've tried this using a subform showing as
a datasheet, but I have to select each field option in the subform and then
type in its quantity.

Arraghh!

KrazyRed,

Without knowing more details of what you are doing, it is difficult to
say. But have a look at a multi-select Listbox, this may be applicable
to your situation.
