Multiple Option Groups

I created one option group for reason for a dent. This works fine.

Now I would like to create a second option group for which area found the
dent.

But when I create the second option group it will only allow me to choose
option between the two groups.

They have seperate frame numbers.

Does anyone know how I can have multiple option groups on the same form with
different sources.

Different controlsources? Of course you can. It isn't clear to me, though,
what exactly is the problem you're experiencing. What does this mean: "it
will only allow me to choose option between the two groups"?

Could you please post the names and controlsource properties of the two
option-group frames, and give an example of the problem?
