I'm sorry, but XP doesn't have the built-in ability to use two NICs on
the same LAN. It will use one or the other, but not both.

You might be able to find "connection teaming" software that can do
what you want.

But you could have 2 subnets and bridge them using XP. Look under bridge in
the Windows help.
