Multiple Network Connections

I have a laptop with Windows 2000. I have one network adapter. At home my
ISP uses DHCP but at work I use a static IP address. Currently I have to
manually change this between work and home. Is there a way to manage
multiple connections on my laptop?

If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it .
