Hi Diane,
Sounds like you are running your presentation from a laptop. Your graphics
chip needs to have the ability to run an "extended desktop" for the that
feature to be active. So the first step is to check the laptop's
specification and see if it's 2nd monitor is capable of "extended desktop"
(each monitor can have different things on them) or only "mirrored output"
(what you see on your laptop screen is what is sends through its 2nd video
out).

Monitor, I see the points BEFORE the audience does because they show for the
