The secondary card I've installed is PCI. Any more
thoughts?
Check in your BIOS Settings for an option labelled something like Primary
Video PCI/AGP.
Set it to PCI so your pc finds the primary display adaptor.
Also check in the BIOS for an option to diable the onboard video.
If you can't disable it in the BIOS then disable it in the Device Manager -
right-click it and Disable.
You may want to uninstall the old onboard video driver - but unless it's
disabled at BIOS level it'll probably just try to reinstall.
Goto Display Properties and select the Settings tab.
What do you have here - one or two monitors?
I think only two monitors will show here if they're both (physically)
connected.
Select the Identify button and a giant 1 should appear on the primary
monitor and a giant 2 on the second monitor.
Have you got the latest nVidia drivers or are you using the Windows XP
driver?
Post again with more detail.
Martin.
