I have a laptop, at work I work with dual monitors, on the road only one...

So I dragged one of my applications to the second monitor, when I was at
work, and now on the road how do I get it back to Monitor #1?

Or I dragged a toolbar over to monitor #2, how can I get that back to
monitor #1. I can't even alt-tab for the toolbar...

Good point, Microsoft word, recognizes the Monitor changes and moves it's
tool bars, it is the non Microsoft programs I am using that don't detect the
change. Time to inform their tech support.

Back with Win98SE I also used to occasionally have trouble with an
application window somehow getting positioned off screen. One solution which
worked usually was to right click on your task bar and select "Cascade" from
the pop up menu. I haven't had to try this with XP, but it should still work
-- couldn't hurt anyhow.

Good luck....
