Multiple Mailboxes Not Showing in Folder View

Hello All,
I have two mailboxes to which I have access rights, my own and a group
box (Sales) which gets its own mail items. I can get to the Sales box
using File - Open - Other User's Folder, but can't get it to show up
in the Folder View. Outlook 2000 handled this just fine. Is there a
special setting that I need to tweak ? Thanks in advance.

You need to add the mailbox to your profile via Tools | Services. The
mailbox owner must have given you at least Reviewer permission at the root
of the mailbox before you'll be able to access it.
