Multiple Machines - Windows Update

Hi there

I need to know if anybody knows of a utility / server type
thing can help in deploying W2K Updates to all my server
from one location. ie Server 1 Downloads all the patches
etc and server 2,3,4,5 etc gets the critical updates from
Server 1 and not the web ?

Any ideas !?
