My secured workgroup Access database is available on our network. I wonder
if two or more users (on different computers) can be logged on
simultaneously to this database using the same username + password. Your
advice is appreciated greatly.

You have to make it a Front-end / back-end application to let
multiple users access your application.

Yes. Consider that when using an "unsecured" Access app, ALL users are
logging in with the same UserName and password. That is the user "Admin"
with a blank password.
