Multiple logins

I use one login for work (VPN) and one for personal on XP
Pro. Each login uses different initial IE home page and
different IE security zone settings. MS Spyware
complains everytime about both being changed when I
switch users. It should remember each login's settings.

Had MS antispyware for 1 week, so far so good. Would
like a manual option for update though.

I have found the same issue with different accounts. I
have 2 user accounts and 1 admin on XP Prof'.
I want MS Antispyware to have the same settings for all
accounts. But, i have found that other software has this
problem as well. QUESTION: is there an option in XP to
set global settings, rather than going into each account
everytime you want to make a change?
