am trying to use 2 juno accounts on same computer for two different
members of the family.

Juno refuses to let me do that. Lets me use only one account.

Appreciate any suggestions.

What do you mean they only "let" you use one account? How are they
preventing you from using two, if you have set up two accounts through them?

Also, what version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail
support mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About
Microsoft Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or
"Corporate/Workgroup". (Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate
modes.)

to my knowledge, Juno doesnt use POP/SMTP for mail.. or at
least it doesnt use the standard ports.

-if- you can find what ports juno uses for its mail (they
wont tell you, you're taking away ad revenue) then you can
go into the account settings and change the ports.

-however- if you download the latest version of juno from
juno.com, you should be able to use multiple email
addresses. if not, you configured something wrong because
before i deleted juno a few months ago i could have as
many accounts as i wanted to.
