multiple invitations to a group to individually meet me; how?

Does anyone know how to invite a group to individually meet me by signing up
to a schedule of time slots I have selected?
say I want to meet 20 of my students, I designated 24 time slots and the
students can pick one.
Is there a way to organize this smoothly?

A pointer to the right chapter in helpfiles would help.
