Multiple Import Schema?

I am working on an application in which I need to import data from excel
files. I am working with approximately 4 different strucures of data in the
excel files. I am new to using schemas but unerstand the concept. However,
as i understand you can only have 1 schema file and it must be in directory
where data is and must be named schema. Is there a workaround or another way
to import data programmatically from excel?

If you are doing the import using VBA code, look into
DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet
