Anyone know if its possible to set up IE with multiple homepages... Example -
You click the icon to open the program and it goes to cnn.com, then you close
the page and click the icon again to open it and it goes to usatoday.com,
etc, etc.

Wouldnt it be cool to be able to set up a rule of some sort to be able to do
that? Anyone have any ideas to do this in IE? I know netscape offers some of
this functionality out of the box, but I havent seen any addons for IE.

Thanks for the help,

Jeff Watkins

What you would have to do is make different IE shortcuts to start IE on
different sites -

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" www.cnn.com
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" www.msnbc.com
and so forth....

Or you may be interested in this free, web-based service:

IE 7 will allow multiple home/start pages -

description and screen shots)

Take a look at Avant <http://www.avantbrowser.com/> or Maxthon. These are
both IE shells that support tabs, multiple homepages, and way more features.
I've been using it for a few years now and it's great.
