I have a need to print multiple existing reports on one sheet for handout purposes. It is very similar to the power point handout print concept

I have an Access 2000 reports (call it Report Z) which generates multiples pages of 8.5x11 inch reports. I want to generate a summary report which prints each of the (Report Z) 4 times on a sheet of 8.5x11 report (2 columns with 2 rows). I wanted them shrink in size to fit

If I use a sub-report, the size is the original size. I did read somewhere that one can make the sub-report (size to fit). If I did that I could control the columns the height to generate the 2 columns x 2 rows??

Of can I use a unbounded object form or a bounded object form??

Does any one have any suggestions for me?

I am using win 2k os with Acc2k with sp 3 and jet 4.0 sp

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank You

There is no way to do the shrinking as you describe it. Each of the
reports would need to be designed to fit on the page in question.

However, I might suggest you look into a third party product, such a
FinePrint.

FinePrint would allow you to send multiple reports to the printer, and
then format them as 2up/4up/8up etc, shrinking the reports to fit
accordingly.

It's totally application independant so it gives you some flexibiilty.
