multiple entries

I have designed a contribution report for our newsletter that will sort on
type of contribution fund, type of contribution (such as in memory of) and
who the contribution was made to (such as Joe Smith's marriage). This is
where the problem begins if only 1 person makes a contribution to Joe Smith's
marriage to the general fund it will read:
GENERAL FUND
In honor of Joe Smith's marriage
by Sam
if however I have more than one person making a contribution to Joe Smith's
marriage to the general fund it will read:
GENERAL FUND
In honor of Joe Smith's marriage
by Sam
by Harriet
if would like it to read:
GENERAL FUND
In honor of Joe Smith's marriage by Sam; Harriet (if more names would be
;name ;name)

I am bewildered now we export it into word and make corrections it would be
wonderful if anyone could help me with my problem.

You have to build a function to do that. There's quite a
