Multiple emails recieved

I use FreePop so that I can use Hotmail with Windows mail. It works fine
except that all emails that are in my hotmail in-box down load each time I
open Widows mail. How do I stop this? Thanks
 
Shawn, Thanksf or the reply! I did as you suggested and find that the "Leave
a copy of message on server" is not checked. Doyou have any other ideas?
