Multiple email addresses for one company

Hi - we use Outlook extensively for our construction contact database.
Currently, there are only 3 available email fields available per company
contact card. That means that if a company has 20 - 25 email addresses that
we use, we have to create 8 or so cards for that company. Does ANYONE have a
different solution to this problem??? I would really appreciate the
feedback. Thank you.
 
I don't think you are using Outlook Contacts the way it was designed to be
used. Generally speaking, a Contact is an individual person, not an entire
company. You would be better off making separate Contact records for each of
the people you deal with, even at the same company.
