I have multiple email accounts and want them to deliver new emails to my
multiple PST Folders.
Using Outlook XP (2002)

Example:
(e-mail address removed)
to PST folder Family

(e-mail address removed)
to PST folder Registrations

(e-mail address removed)
to PST folder Work

You can use Wizard Rules for this which is located under Tools.

1) Check messages when they arrive
2) Trough the specified account
3) Move it to specified folder
4) And stop procesing more rules

If these names are aliases instead of separate accounts you can use the
condition "Sent to people or distribution list". You'll need to add your
addresses to the Contacts Folder for this so you can select them.

I have the same issue and folowed your instructions.
But the "specified account" always reverts back to the
default "account"
What am I doing wrong?

Do the accounts have the same POP3/SMTP servers?

Yes, but I have another account that is also on the same
server, and That rule does work properly, ( I set that up
a long time ago)
