Multiple E-mail Folders

I recently added a second e-mail account in OUTLOOK. All of the incoming,
sent, deleted, draft, etc. of each account use the same OUTLOOK folder
(i.e., if I get an e-mail addressed to both accounts they come in to the
same inbox).

Is there a way to set up a single profile in OUTLOOK such that mail from
different accounts has its own folders? If so, can someone please tell me
how?

Create another folder in you mailbox with a name
like your email account (Example: John Doe)

Then use "Rules Wizard" to set up a rule that
After the message arrives sent to (e-mail address removed)
Move it to "John Doe" folder
And stop processing rules.

Simply add Folders,as required, create a rule to move msgs as received to
the required folder

Thanks you both for you replies. Adding a folder and rules will only
address the Inbox issue (or at least I think only the Inbox). If I send a
message with Account 1 or Account 2 both sent message are placed in a single
Sent Items folder, same is true for Drafts, and deleted items. I am trying
to get a separate and distint Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, and Deleted Items
folder for both accounts. Can this be done in one profile or do I have to
create a separate profile. One for each account.

Again thank you.

You can do same with Sent items

DL,

Since I sent my last reply, I was able to figure out how to make a rule
"move a copy" of a sent item to another account folder (i.e., the sent item
remains in the sent item folder and moves a copy to another account folder).
Is there a way to physically "move" the item or copy the item and then
delete the item?

If so please explain how.

Thank you.
