Hi All,
Simple Question - How do I configure a W2000 machine to
allow users to log on to multiple domains?
Thanks.

You can only log on to one domain. You'll have to reboot and join the
machine to log onto another. If you want to automate this, you can go to
www.globesoft.com and get MultiNetworkManager.

Users can only log on to the domain that the Win2k computer is joined to,
although they may be able to do this with credentials from a trusted domain.
Once logged on, users may or may not be able to access resources in other
domains depending on permissions, trusts, etc.

Windows XP provides an alternate configuration feature for changing TCP/IP
properties when connecting to different networks. There are third party
products which provide this capability for Win2k.

this product is a great addition to the OS itself
I used it extensively under 2000 and now when I ported to
XP I realized that the XP multiple network support is not
enough so it was just to install mnm again

I can only recommend this product

To be able to logon to multiple domains from one machine two things must be
present.1) a valid trust between the other domain, and 2)a valid user
account in each of the domains. Without these there is no way.
