How can a Windows 2000 client support multiple domain
browse lists?
I have tried the following tutorial, but it just does not
work for me. I am running a windows 2000 server enviroment
with AD. Does anyone know why - has it something to do
with policies that is overules from the domain controller?
Tutorial:
If you need to browse a Lan Manager domain, or are having
problems browsing a multi-domain environment, use Regedt32
to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Lanman
Workstation\Parameters
On the Edit menu, Add Value name OtherDomains, as a
REG_MULTI_SZ data type. Enter each additional domain name
that you wish to browse as a separate line.
