I planned on using 2 dns servers within active directory
First server will just be file\print & the other exchange 2003.
My questions are:

Is it recommended to have both within ad ?

The dns server on the exchange box will use forwarders
to the ISP, but how should the primary DC be configured ? Should it forward
to the exchange dns box ?

Thanks in advance..

Whatever internal DNS servers you have, unless there's a child delegation
occuring, you would forward ONLY to your external DNS. Never forward between
each other or weird and strange errors will occur to the effect that
resolution will not occur. This is caused by what is called a forwarding
loop. Only forward outside unless there;s a child delegation, but it does
not sound like you have that (no child domains indicated).
