I have a laptop that ran win98 and was able to support a
multiple screen environment. I have had my laptop upgraded
to windows 2000 service pack 3. I believe I have
downloaded the latest drivers. I have the screen settings
showing that I should be in a multiple screen environment
BUT I just have duplicate screen environment. Can anyone
help me?

Depending on your video card you may see something in your
control panel that's an independent app rather than the
standard Display from your Display icon. This is true
with Nvidia and most ATI cards.
