Multiple DHCP in Child Domain- How to assign permission

I have 5 different DHCP servers in my child domain
AD/WIn200.

There is a built in group called DHCP administrators who
has full access to DHCP database in the Win2000 AD
Database.

How can I give different users to have access to thier own
individual DHCP boxes and not to all DHCP servers.

If I put them all a member of DHCP administrators they
can have access to the rest of DHCP databases.
At present my DHCP is a Domain controller.

Where an I control the permission of the DHCP if I will
create a groups.

1.. As an administrator of the root domain, start the Active Directory
Sites and Services snap-in. On the View menu, click Show Services Node.
2.. Click Services, and then click NetServices.
3.. Right-click NetServices, click Properties, and then click the Security
tab.
4.. In the Security dialog box, assign the following permissions to the
users or groups for which you want to authorize these servers: Read, Write,
and "Create all Child objects."
5.. Click Advanced. In the Access control Settings for NetServices dialog
box, click the user or group you just added, and then click Edit on the View
menu.
6.. In the Apply onto box, click This object and All Child Objects.

Sorry but I didn get you.
What I want is I will have 5 DHCP servers which is also a
DC and then each DC will be administer by group where
users are on it.
DHCP server A --> Admins-DHCPA..administer his local DHCPA
DHCP server B --> Admins-DHCPB..administer his local DHCPB
DHCP server C--> Admins-DHCPB..administer his local DHCPC
..
..

Where in AD I can achieve that and how..
