Multiple Desktops in WinXP Home

I am test drivin' winXP ho` right now and I am wondering if there is a
multiple desktop utility, In the *NIX world the GUI's have pagers that sit on
the task bar that allow users to have dozens of desk tops so you can easily
click on a desktop pager to switch. Thanks for any information or pointers.
